Clinical Documentation Specialist (Medical Scribe)

Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health

Oak Street Health in Chicago is seeking a Medical Scribe to support primary care providers with real-time clinical documentation. You will observe visits, document encounters, assign CPT/ICD-10 codes, and help prepare after-visit summaries in a fast-paced clinic.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of medical terminology, strong listening and communication skills, and the ability to learn new workflows. The role is full-time with standard clinic hours and competitive benefits.
