Photos, vendors, MLS, signs, lockboxes, showings, feedback, contract to close... our team handles it. You keep the client relationship; we do the $15-an-hour work. On the buy side, you've got showing assistants, compensated per door or per file, so you're not driving to Kyle at 7 pm to open a door for a $200,000 condo.
