OTE: $80 to $150k (base + uncapped commissions of 10 - 13%)

Employment Type: W-2, full-time. First three months are a probationary period.

Schedule: Onsite in our Round Rock, TX office, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Saturday availability as needed when a seller is available.

The Role:

This is a 100% phone-based closing role. You'll never meet a seller in person — you'll take warm inbound leads (we reach out to 8,000–10,000 sellers every single day, so you're never chasing cold calls for new business) and own each one from first contact through signed contract. You'll work closely with our underwriting team, who builds the offer once you've gathered the details, and with a dedicated sales team that takes over selling the property once you've closed the deal.

Land sellers are different from home sellers: most aren't under any financial pressure to sell. There's rarely an obvious “pain point” driving the deal — these are often families who've owned land for generations and simply haven't thought about what to do with it. The best closers here build trust, ask questions, let the seller tell their story, and help them see a good reason to sell — not push a hard close.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Own every assigned lead from first contact through closing
• Take warm call transfers and set appointments with landowners to qualify and close deals
• Provide detailed weekly updates on all leads with a workable contract
• Keep Salesforce accurate and current for reliable deal tracking
• Attend all coaching calls (1-on-1 and group) and actively apply feedback
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly call, pipeline, and closed-deal targets

Your First 90 Days:

• Days 1–30 (Ramping): $25K+ in projected profit, or at least 1 signed contract — qualify and set appointments, close your first deal
• Days 31–60 (Building): $75K+ in projected profit, or at least 3 contracts — build pipeline and convert consistently
• Days 61–90 (Producing): $150K+ in projected profit, or at least 6 contracts — first month of full Closer production
• Month 4+ (Scaling): $200K+ in projected profit, or at least 8 contracts and climbing

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of phone sales experience with a track record of closing — inside sales, cold calling, door-to-door, or similar (any industry — real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• Comfortable working in a CRM (we run on Salesforce, JustCall, and DocuSign)
• Highly coachable — you welcome having your calls recorded and reviewed, and you actively use feedback to improve
• A warm, patient, genuinely conversational phone presence — not pushy or “salesy”
• Able to work full-time onsite in Round Rock, TX, with occasional Saturday availability

• Remote or hybrid work — this is a 100% onsite role

• Licensed real estate agents

Benefits

Compensation:

$80,000–$150,000+ Total First-Year Earnings

Most Closers earn $80,000–$100,000+ in total first-year compensation, with Senior Closers reaching $100,000–$150,000+. You'll start with a base salary of $30,000–$48,000/year plus uncapped commission of 10–13% of gross profit on every deal you close — with no ceiling on what you can earn. You'll also receive an advance paid at contract signing, a quarterly profit bonus, and a twice-yearly team bonus. Full compensation plan details are shared during the interview process.
