As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex financial issues, mentor junior colleagues, and cultivate powerful client relationships while navigating complex situations to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your business context knowledge and grow your personal brand while leveraging the latest AI technologies in digital finance transformation.Responsibilities- Lead initiatives to improve effectiveness in client finance processes- Analyze intricate financial challenges and propose solutions- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills- Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients- Navigate complex scenarios to achieve remarkable results- Enhance understanding of business context and industry trends- Leverage advanced AI technologies for digital finance transformation- Contribute to the overall growth of the Financial Operations teamWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- At least 4 years of experience in finance operationsWhat Sets You Apart- Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred- Certified Public Accountant preferred- Experience in record to report, procure to pay, order to cash cycles- Consulting experience leading complex finance transformation initiatives- In-depth knowledge of finance process optimization and financial systems implementations- Experience implementing GenAI and digital finance transformation solutions- Experience in managerial cost accounting and financial modeling- Experience with ERP platforms such as Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Oracle- Familiarity with Data Warehouse/Data Mart architectures and cloud-based solutionsTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
