About Our Client

A company in the construction industry located in Denver.

Job Description

Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure milestones are met.
Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts and reports.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct site visits to oversee progress and address any issues that arise.
Collaborate with project managers to resolve challenges and maintain project quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Track and report on project performance and updates to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

Experience in construction projects, preferably within industrial or manufacturing settings.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on-site.
