Driver Recruiter (Hybrid)

If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and using technology to solve problems, we'd love to meet you. As a Truck Driver Recruiter, you'll identify and engage qualified CDL drivers, guide them through the hiring process, and make hiring decisions based on DOT regulations and company standards. You'll use our ATS, social media, and other recruiting tools to keep your pipeline moving while creating a positive experience for every candidate. What You\'ll Do Find and connect with professional CDL drivers. Build trust and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. Interview candidates and evaluate qualifications. Make hiring decisions and present offers to qualified drivers. Keep your recruiting pipeline organized and moving. Use recruiting technology, data, and creativity to find great talent. What We\'re Looking For Experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, trucking, or a similar relationship-focused role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Confidence making decisions and managing multiple priorities. Comfortable learning and using recruiting technology. A curious mindset and a genuine interest in helping people find the right fit.
