HireCall Is Hiring: Packer / Packing Operator

Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-2:30 PM or 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, plus 4 hours on Fridays
Important: Must be flexible with start times.

HireCall is seeking a dependable Packer / Packing Operator for one of our valued clients in Tulsa! This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for quality and load parts for processing and packaging.
• Mask parts when necessary to prepare them for coating.
• Follow work instructions and maintain accurate job traveler documentation.
• Operate a forklift safely to move materials as needed.
• Report defective or nonconforming parts to the supervisor.
• Follow established packaging procedures to ensure parts are properly prepared.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Attend training sessions and company meetings as required.
• Maintain current forklift certification as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or plant manager.

Requirements

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established safety procedures.
• Good time management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with dust, airborne particles, warm temperatures, and moderate to loud noise.
• Flexibility to accommodate a 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start time.

Forklift and on-the-job training are provided, along with written and verbal instruction.
