Site Officer

Job Overview Part‑time Site Officer (approx. 22 hrs per week, flexible between 06:30‑22:00, primarily Monday‑Friday; occasional weekend cover) at Wyvern College, Botley Road, Eastleigh. Responsibilities Assist with minor repairs, maintenance, cleaning, grounds work and decorating to a high standard. Support routine health and safety compliance checks. Serve as key holder and be responsible for site security when required. Undertake Electrical PAT testing and recording (training provided). Undertake ladder and step ladder training and statutory checks. Oversee minibus maintenance and routine checks. Work independently, use initiative, and maintain a professional relationship with both children and adults. Requirements Physical fitness, resourceful, reliable and able to interact with other site users. Working knowledge of health and safety processes and procedures (advantageous). Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential; full training will be provided. Ability to work under instruction and show initiative.
