This role combines sales analytics, e-commerce, and retail account support, working closely with major retail partners, including The Home Depot and Lowe’s, as well as internal teams across the business. The position is ideal for a commercially minded, analytical professional who enjoys working with data, building relationships, and finding practical ways to improve business performance. From understanding sales trends and supporting online initiatives to improving product assortment and retail execution, the role offers a broad view of how VELUX works with its national account customers. This position is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, with a hybrid remote arrangement requiring weekly office visits. Occasional travel is required. **Key Responsibilities**The Manager will develop and maintain sales reports, analyze point-of-sale data, and prepare business insights to support management decisions and account planning. This includes identifying sales trends, evaluating key performance indicators, researching business drivers, and preparing presentations for customer meetings and annual account reviews. A key part of the role is supporting VELUX’s e-commerce business with national accounts. Responsibilities include coordinating online product content and marketing copy, supporting system integration, monitoring online sales performance, and working with internal teams to maintain an effective online customer experience. The role will also support promotional planning and analysis across The Home Depot and other national account customers.Working closely with the National Account Manager, the position will help maintain productive customer relationships and support day-to-day account activities. This includes regular participation in The Home Depot meetings, maintaining stock recommendation templates, analyzing product assortment by market, and coordinating updates to Home Depot’s Design Builder and Lowe’s CMC/Paradigm special-order systems. Additional responsibilities include supporting store resets and space planning, maintaining customer agreements, and managing the Store Maintenance Report (SMR) database used by the field sales team. A strong understanding of the VELUX supply chain and the relationship between product availability, retail execution, and sales performance will be important to success in the role.**Who we are looking for**A bachelor’s degree is required, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. One to three years of sales experience is preferred, as is experience working with national accounts, mass-merchandise retailers, or e-commerce businesses. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze large volumes of data, communicate findings clearly, and prepare effective presentations. Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
