Patient Experience Coordinator

Complete Wellness is a multidisciplinary pain management practice with three Manhattan locations and a clear ambition: to become the health and wellness brand of the Tri-State Area. We take a root-cause approach to pain, and we run the business with the same mindset: fix the root cause, not the symptom. We are hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver a warm and high touch experience for patients: greet them, manage the flow of the office, answer the phone, schedule out, and take payments. You will own the patient's journey from during each visit, work directly with our clinical team to keep patients on track with their care plans. What you will own Patient journey: welcoming people by name, scheduling around their lives, and making sure no one falls through the cracks between visits Communication across phone, text, and email. Taking payments and selling packages. Coordination with providers on patients care and progress. Our tools: you will learn our EHR, patient communication and payment systems quickly and use them every day. Prior medical front desk experience helps but is not required.
