Our team makes that experience possible, and we are growing.The OpportunityWe are looking for a polished, organized Patient Coordinator to join our Park Avenue office. You will be the first person our patients meet and their main point of contact throughout their care. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, keeping a busy schedule running smoothly, and working closely with surgeons and clinical staff, this role is a great fit.What You Will DoPatient Experience and Front DeskWelcome patients warmly and manage check-in, check-out, and the day's schedule flowRespond promptly and courteously to calls, emails, and online inquiriesScheduling and CoordinationSchedule and confirm consultations, pre-operative appointments, and post-operative follow-upsCoordinate provider calendars, including virtual consultationsSend appointment reminders and follow up on cancellations and missed appointmentsConsultation SupportGuide prospective patients through the consultation process, including pricing and financing optionsFollow up with consultation leads and track conversions for practice reportingPatient Intake and Clinical CoordinationCollect new patient paperwork, medical history, signed consents, and patient photosManage medical clearance: gather information from patients and send clearance to the hospitalObtain authorizations for radiology, MRI, and CT scansMaintain accurate patient records in the EMR in compliance with HIPAAWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of experience in a medical office, aesthetic practice, or customer-facing healthcare or hospitality roleStrong verbal and written communication skills and a professional presenceProficiency with scheduling software and EMR/practice management systemsStrong attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or a medical spaMedical Assistant training or experienceFamiliarity with cosmetic financing platforms (CareCredit, Cherry, Alphaeon)Experience with Nextech, Symplast, or a similar aesthetic EMRSchedule and PayFull-time, hourly (non-exempt), based in our Park Avenue officeOccasional early morning, evening, or weekend availability to accommodate patient schedulingPay range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experienceReady to Apply?Submit your resume through ZipRecruiter.
