Life Sciences Licensing Associate — Mandarin & Asia Focus

Goodwin Procter LLP seeks a licensing mid-level associate with 3–5 years of experience in life sciences IP licensing and technology transactions. Mandarin fluency is required, and experience in Asia is preferred.

The candidate will draft and negotiate IP licenses, collaboration agreements, and technology licenses, and perform IP due diligence for corporate transactions in the life sciences arena.
