We're seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join our team, someone ready to own a caseload from intake through trial, lead strategy, and help shape the next generation of litigators at the firm. What You'll Do Manage your own docket from intake through trial with full ownership of your cases Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs Take and defend depositions (required) Appear regularly in court, mediations, and arbitrations Lead case strategy and mentor junior attorneys, passing on what it takes to win WHY SHEGERIAN & ASSOCIATES High expectations. What We’re Looking For Active California Bar membership 3+ years of plaintiff side employment litigation experience Deposition experience required, trial experience strongly preferred Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys What We Offer Base salary of $160,000 to $200,000 BOE, commensuratewith experience, plus settlement commissions up to 6.5% per case.
