Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Serve as a Staff Pharmacist in a dynamic independent retail pharmacy environment, providing exceptional pharmaceutical care on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work one day per week, with a consistent schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, supporting a medication volume of approximately 275 prescriptions daily.

• Smithville, GA

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescriptions and counsel patients on proper medication use
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure efficient pharmacy operations
• Utilize Pioneer RX software for order entry and prescription management (training provided if needed)
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Manage inventory and maintain proper documentation
• Provide customer service focused on patient care and safety

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Georgia pharmacy license required
• Experience in retail pharmacy essential
• Familiarity with Pioneer RX software is a plus; comprehensive training will be provided as needed
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule:

• One shift per week, day varies
• Hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
