Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and style effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual and couples therapy informed by evidence-based practices, fostering personal growth and emotional stability.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor progress through regular assessments.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including adults facing significant life transitions, children and adolescents grappling with behavioral challenges, and couples seeking to improve their relationships. Qualifications\n

• A valid, full license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a focus on mental health and counseling.

• Strong background in providing individual and/or couples therapy, particularly for adult or youth populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
