SR HR Manager

REMOTE ON THE EAST COASTESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage overall HR processes, metrics and policiesManage and resolve employee issuesExtensive knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and employee managementProvide counseling, coaching, career development and any disciplinary actionsPosition has responsibilities at multiple locations and states in the East Coast areaSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with SHRM or PHR preferred5+ years' experience in an HRBP or similar role in a large manufacturing/distribution facility (preferred but not required)Extensive HR regulations and law knowledgeOffice ProficiencyHRIS knowledgeExcellent time management skillsProven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel 25% of time**Bilingual Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required
