The Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) Risk Governance Team provides risk management support to maturing the EO&T division’s model risk governance process, third-party vendor risk governance activities, and the enterprise-wide adoption of AI risk governance framework and. We work closely with all three lines of defense, and business partners on a series of risk governance and reduction activities.Our Impact:Support the end-to-end process for enterprise‑wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution and GenAI use case intake, and inventory processSupport critical third-party vendor risk management activitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain critical technology solutions to support corporate-wide AI adoptionsExecute risk mitigant processes to promote responsible AI usage and governancePrepare management reporting related to AI and 3rd party risk management Facilitate processes for continuous monitoring and reporting of compliance with regulatory and standard requirementsYour Impact:Support day-to-day operations including AI solution and use case intake activities, stakeholder support, anomaly resolutionSupport the development and enhancement of divisional model governance operating processes and proceduresSupport process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalabilityParticipate in operational control testing activities to assess control execution effectivenessSupport third-party vendor risk governance activities, including vendor SOC reviews and Enhanced Information Risk ReviewsParticipate in AI governance platform and tool enhancements, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and deployment supportSupport management reporting, metrics, and analysis related to model governance and compliance activitiesAssist in enhancing operational processes, including drafting new and updating existing procedures, user guides, and job aidsCollaborate with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to support governance initiatives and process improvementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferredMinimum of 6 years of experience in model and 3rd party risk management, operational risk management, technology risk management, project management or related governance and compliance functionsWorking knowledge of the COSO Internal Control Framework, NIST frameworks and controls, operational risk management principles, and financial industry governance and compliance practicesPrevious experience in IT audit, operational risk management, regulatory compliance, or a Big Four consulting environment is preferredRelevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CPA, CIA, Security+, or similar credentials are strongly desiredKeys to Success in this Role:Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated and proactive professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities and business needsAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $111,000 - $167,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
