Janitor Housekeeper

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Preferred Qualifications Certification in cleaning or sanitation practices. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with facility guidelines and environmental regulations. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any malfunctions or shortages to management. Respond promptly to spills, stains, or other cleanliness issues to ensure a safe environment. Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and reporting repair needs. Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to minimize risks during cleaning operations. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure cleaning schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
