Concierge Opportunity Medley at Angeline Club, located in Land O' Lakes, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Concierge. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $16.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Serve as a local information source for guests Provide information about special events within the resort and the surrounding area Maintain adequate supply of brochure rack items in a clean, well-organized manner Answer all incoming calls to the guest service desk Assist guests with various services such as: making dining reservations, ordering flowers, wine, or gift baskets, coordinating car and limousine service, making or changing airline reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangements Assist guests with questions and concerns, make suggestions and identify possible solutions Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Perform other duties as required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Other Qualifications: Regular and reliable attendance Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
