Our Defense division in Salt Lake City, UT is eagerly looking for an Assembler I to join their dynamic team. You will join the Manufacturing Assembly and Test team, reporting directly to our Operations Supervisor and enjoy an on-site, collaborative working environment with a 9/80 1st shift schedule! As an Assembler I, you will add incredible value to the team by holding responsibility for: Read and understand electronic assembly/work instructions and accurately perform assembly tasks/procedures accordingly Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies Use of basic hand tools, i.e. sockets, screwdriver, torque tools, wrenches etc. Measure and inspect throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet the specified requirements Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts Keep accurate records of production quantities and time Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. (Formal schedule is: M-Th, 7am-4pm, every other F 7am-3pm) Salary Range Transparency: Salt Lake City, UT $18.00–$21.00 Hourly Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
