We are seeking a full-time General Surgeon to join our team in Easton, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, community-based hospital setting with access to advanced resources, including robotics.

Job Description

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Shared call rotation with surgical team
• Dedicated OR block time
• General surgery practice with opportunities to perform robotic-assisted procedures

Annual salary: $485,406.00. The posted compensation reflects the range based on current median MGMA and Sullivan Cotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the physician's experience, training, and qualifications.

Other Compensation: Generous sign-on package, including your choice of a $20,000–$25,000 sign-on bonus or a $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year. We also offer relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a competitive production bonus—all designed to support your transition and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland required.
• Possesses and maintains current Board Certification or Board eligible within General Surgery required.
• Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.
• Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS-affiliated acute care facility.
• Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
• Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.
