• Documenting results and following quality control protocols like a pro.
• Supporting a clean, safe, and compliant lab environment with great teamwork and communication.

What You Bring

• An Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Tech, Biology, or a related field.
• MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), or you're eligible and ready to test.
• Great attention to detail - because in the lab, precision is everything.
• A calm, focused approach and a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
