Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at a financial institution reception area by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Serve as the primary front-desk point of contact, greet and screen visitors, verify appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor entry activity, observe the lobby and reception area for unusual or unauthorized activity, and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Support reception operations by answering phones, directing guests, communicating with appropriate personnel, and completing required reports and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
