Night Shift RNs and CNAs on most units

Patient Ratios: 1:5 days and nights varies between units, estimated ratios not guaranteed

Typical hiring profile:

Skill Set: Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Minimum 1-year current acute care Med/Surg/Ortho hospital experience

BLS

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

ACLS

Chemo Certification (would be able to schedule on our Oncology unit)

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Joint replacements and fracture repairs

Spinal injuries

Best personality Fit: Flexibility and willingness to float
