Staff People Partner: Leadership Development & GTM HR

Arc Boat Company in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Staff People Partner to own the people strategy for Sales, Service and G&A, build manager development and career pathways, and act as trusted advisor on org design and employee relations. Roughly 40% of time will be spent on learning and development for managers, with a meaningful share devoted to IC career pathways.
