Assembler - 1st and 2nd Shift Openings - Temp-to-Hire

Manufacturing Assembler

A Lafayette manufacturing company is hiring assemblers for temp-to-hire openings on 1st and 2nd shift. This is a good fit if you have manufacturing, production, or assembly experience and want to build hands-on electrical assembly skills. In this role, you'll help assemble, inspect, and produce electrical components and wiring products. Overtime opportunities are available.

Schedules include:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

Assembler duties include:

• Assemble electrical components and wiring products
• Follow work instructions for assembly tasks
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Meet daily production and attendance expectations

Assembler requirements:

• 6 months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
• Able to pass a basic math assessment
• Able to pass a color identification test
• Able to work overtime when needed
• Able to maintain good attendance
