Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Work Location: On the Road (Community-Based Home Care)

Crossway Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support elderly clients with essential Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). This role is ideal for caregivers who are dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide light housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with mobility and safe transfers.
• Accompany clients to grocery shopping or errands as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with the care team regarding client needs and changes.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and professional care at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified HHA or CNA (required).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds ; must be in good physical health.
• Medical clearance required prior to hire.
• TB test required prior to hire.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
• Professional, dependable, and committed to quality care.
