Spanish-Speaking Recruitment Consultant – LATAM Technology Market (On-Site, Miami) Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 (With uncapped commission) Are you fluent in Spanish and English, experienced in sales, and looking to build a high-earning career in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment? InterEx Group is expanding its Miami office and is seeking ambitious, Spanish-speaking Recruitment Consultants to focus on the LATAM technology market. This is a sales-led opportunity with full training provided, giving you the platform to build and scale your own specialist market. No prior recruitment experience is required. If you have a background in sales or a target-driven role, this position offers the chance to apply those skills in a highly rewarding, commission-based career. The Role (On-Site, Miami) Manage a full 360 recruitment desk, working with both clients and candidates Build and develop your own LATAM technology market across contract and permanent placements Generate new business through outbound sales, networking, and market mapping Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle Work toward weekly and monthly targets with structured training and ongoing coaching What We’re Looking For Fluency in both Spanish and English (essential) Ability to work on-site in Edgewater, Miami, five days per week Experience in sales, business development, or another target-driven role Strong resilience, motivation, and a competitive mindset Confidence in phone-based sales and relationship building A genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment What We Offer Comprehensive training in recruitment and ongoing sales development Clear progression pathway from Consultant to Senior and Leadership roles Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match WellHub membership and flexibility for gym use during extended lunch breaks 15 days PTO in year one, increasing to 24 days in year two Birthday off, Summer Fridays, and additional incentives Performance-based rewards, including lunch clubs and international trips This is not an administrative or HR-focused role.
