You will be running a full desk with the opportunity to recruit for existing cliental as well as bring on new business Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on Headhunting candidates using multiple resources to find the best quality candidates Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent Focusing on executive search, business development and consulting Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, this could involve exciting travel opportunities as well!
