A growing global organization located in Miami is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-impact recruiting role supporting multiple business units and helping drive organizational growth through strategic talent acquisition. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and is confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of professional and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for 10-15+ concurrent requisitions across multiple business areas. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and candidate profile requirements. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and manage candidate progression through the interview and selection process. Provide a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up. Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring outcomes. Monitor hiring metrics and provide updates on recruiting progress, pipeline activity, and time-to-fill initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience supporting recruiting efforts across corporate functions Strong sourcing and candidate engagement experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a high-volume recruiting environment. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
