If you’re passionate about working with kids and ready to learn, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed – including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). What You’ll Do Start your day with high‑fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you’ll work one‑on‑one with children on the autism spectrum, using play‑based activities and science‑backed strategies (Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life‑changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.
