Job Description

• Craft Customized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized treatment strategies aimed at achieving their personal goals.

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their loved ones therapy techniques that foster ongoing progress long after sessions conclude.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring patients stay on their path towards improvement.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
