Role Description The Senior Mortgage Fulfillment Analyst is a full-time, on‑site role based in Sacramento, CA. This role is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end mortgage fulfillment processes, including documentation review, file preparation, and coordination of closing activities to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include analyzing loan files, validating underwriting decisions, monitoring pipeline status, and resolving exceptions or conditions in collaboration with underwriting, servicing, and branch teams. The analyst also supports mortgage servicing transitions, performs quality control checks, and identifies process improvements to enhance efficiency and member experience. This position interacts regularly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and member‑focused mortgage fulfillment. Qualifications Strong experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Servicing, with a solid understanding of loan products, regulations, and fulfillment workflows. Advanced Analytical Skills to review loan files, interpret data, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements. Effective Communication skills to collaborate with underwriting, servicing, branch staff, and external partners, and to clearly explain requirements to members. Knowledge of Underwriting principles and guidelines to evaluate documentation, conditions, and eligibility criteria. Prior experience in a senior or lead role within mortgage operations or fulfillment; credit union or community banking experience is beneficial. Familiarity with mortgage loan origination and servicing systems, and proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office). Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple files and deadlines, and commitment to delivering high‑quality member service.
