Real Estate Associate Attorney

Our client, an elite AmLaw firm with a rapidly expanding national footprint, is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their New York office. This is a strategic hire for a self-motivated attorney with 2-7 years of experience who is ready to take on client-facing responsibility within a fast-paced, high-performing team. Responsibilities Negotiate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction, and financing of commercial real estate projects. Lead matters directly with clients, providing sound commercial and legal advice while building lasting client relationships. Collaborate closely with partners and cross-practice teams on complex, high-value transactions, contributing to a collegial and results-driven environment. Qualifications 2-7 years of real estate transactional experience, ideally including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction, and financing matters. Experience in a large law firm setting is strongly preferred. Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in New York. Outstanding academic and professional credentials, with the ability to work independently and lead matters as appropriate. A personable, team-oriented approach with strong client management skills.
