Quality Inspector – Weekly Pay | Immediate Interviews About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our growing team. In this role, you will inspect, audit, and report on materials, processes, and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards and customer specifications.

• Inspect and audit materials, processes, and finished products to verify quality standards
• Monitor assembly and production processes to ensure procedures are followed and remain in control
• Use ERP systems to access drawings, work instructions, and production documentation
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and customer specifications
• Review work order packets (travelers, BOMs, routings) to ensure accuracy and traceability
• Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other tools (metric & imperial)
• Use microscopes to inspect small components with tight tolerances
• Compare measurement data to specifications to ensure compliance
• Verify routing steps are completed and properly documented
• Assist with packaging while ensuring quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support team goals with consistent attendance and attention to detail

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong skills using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Ability to work with tight tolerances and very small parts
• Understanding of both metric and standard measurement systems
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• Experience working with ERP systems (preferred)
• Ability to follow work orders and maintain traceability
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Experience inspecting small or complex components
• Familiarity with assembly and production processes
• Comfort using microscopes and inspection equipment
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

You’ll work in a clean, well-organized production setting focused on precision and quality. This role involves handling small, high-precision parts and frequent use of microscopes and measurement tools. The environment is designed to support focus, accuracy, and efficiency .

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Akron,PA.
