Licensure Coordinator

We are looking for a Licensure Coordinator to support licensure-related administrative work within a health insurance environment in Minnesota. This long-term contract position is well suited for someone who excels at coordinating documentation, maintaining accurate records, and delivering responsive service to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to manage high-volume operational tasks while maintaining quality and compliance standards.Responsibilities:• Coordinate licensure and renewal activities by tracking deadlines, preparing required documentation, and following established procedures to support timely completion.• Review records, forms, and supporting materials for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies and ensuring information is properly documented in internal databases.• Provide attentive customer service by responding to questions from staff, partners, and other contacts regarding status updates, requirements, and process steps.• Process payments and related administrative transactions with careful attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and supporting financial documentation needs.• Conduct quality checks and routine audits to confirm compliance with operational standards, identify errors, and support corrective follow-up when needed.• Maintain and update data across web-based platforms and internal systems to ensure licensure information, demographics, and case details remain current.• Monitor aging items, missing documentation, and outstanding invoices, escalating issues appropriately and helping drive timely resolution.• Support reporting and operational review activities by organizing information, tracking trends, and assisting with process improvement efforts across the team.Licensure Coordinator
