Highlights Location: Hackensack, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Part-time, Night shift What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Develop a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Implement age and disease-specific care in an organized and timely manner. Perform continuous Point-of-Care electronic documentation. Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar-scanning technology. Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes. Requirements Education Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required; BSN in progress or to be acquired within three years of hire. Experience Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
