Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is coachable, goal-oriented, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll represent two of the strongest brands in the industry—Volkswagen and Mazda—and work in a supportive environment where leadership invests in your success every day.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional, positive attitude
- Build rapport and identify customer needs through effective discovery
- Present vehicles using storytelling and feature-benefit techniques
- Demonstrate vehicles with walkarounds and test drives
- Follow our Internet & in-store process with 100% consistency
- Complete all required follow-up through CRM (phone, text, email)
- Work with management to structure deals and provide transparent pricing
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all VW and Mazda models
- Provide exceptional customer service from first contact to delivery
- Meet monthly sales goals and maintain high CSI scores
