Qualifications: Must be a high school graduate Demonstrated excellent job performance and attendance Minimum of one (1) year experience in commercial painting or carpentry field or related experience Must be self-motivated and able to work overtime if needed Must possess or be able to obtain minimum Missouri Class E driver's license or equivalent with an excellent driving record Proficient in using all hand tools, power tools, carpentry/woodworking, and painting equipment Must possess excellent technical skills and expertise in additional specialty areas such as paint application with a brush, roller, and airless/HPLV sprayer, patching walls, ceilings, doors and taping new drywall Able to work at heights greater than 20 feet and on rooftops; able to lift 70 pounds on a routine basis Computer literate and familiar with word processing, spreadsheets (prefer Microsoft Word, Excel, FMX) Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to relate to a diverse workforce Mobility to move in and around buildings Must be able to understand and communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, for all job-related duties and response to safety emergencies Able to pass a thorough background investigation and physical
