JOB DESCRIPTION

A telecom client is rapidly expanding across Texas and is seeking driven, door-to-door sales representatives to support growth in under-served markets. This is a field-based, performance-driven sales role focused on selling fast, reliable internet services where customers often have limited provider options. Representatives will engage directly with homeowners, educate them on the clients Internet service offerings, and close sales in real time. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, comfortable working outdoors, and energized by commission-based earnings where compensation is directly tied to individual performance.

$41,600-45,000 + commission
Average OTE: 81,000
Top Performers OTE: 100,000-110,000

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in door-to-door, retail, or commission-based sales
• Valid driver’s license
• Accept a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Accept a drug test

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Comfort hearing “no” repeatedly and staying motivated door after door
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to be paid based on performance
• Coachable attitude and openness to feedback and accountability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• $2000 bilingual incentive (must pass language test) + sign on bonus after 60 days
