About the Role: As an ABA Behavior Tech , you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to clients in their homes and communities. This role requires a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities: Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their homes and communities, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies to address behavioral goals Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collect and record data on client progress, utilizing tools such as visual aids and electronic data systems Implement and maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients, while promoting independence, self-advocacy, and social skills Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and share knowledge with colleagues Requirements: 0 years of experience as an ABA Behavior Tech or related field n/a level of education ( Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is preferred) Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment n/a benefits package (please inquire for more information) #J-18808-Ljbffr New-Patterns-Aba
