Paid maternity and paternity leave is available after 90 days.* **Retirement contributions from CHP** — Our **403(b) retirement plan** includes a 3% company contribution whether you contribute or not, plus an additional match of up to 2% — for up to **5% total employer contribution**.What You'll Do* Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems* Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner* Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections* Maintain the appearance and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas* Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines* Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues* Assist with vendor and contractor coordination as needed* Maintain accurate work order documentation using mobile maintenance software* Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and company policies## What You'll Bring* At least 2 years of maintenance experience* Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and manage priorities* Excellent customer service and communication skills* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation* Trade training or certifications preferred## Make a Difference Every DayAt CHP, your work helps create safe, quality homes for individuals and families across our communities.
