One of our manufacturing clients is seeking detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support daily production operations at their Sacramento, CA facility.

**Pay Rate: **$20/hr - $23/hr

**Shift: **Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and maintain production data for daily operational reporting.

• Monitor inventory levels of production materials and process inventory updates when required.

• Record equipment downtime and prepare supporting documentation for payroll and operational tracking.

• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of product identification codes within company systems.

• Review production documentation for completeness, accuracy, and proper record control.

• Assist with inventory reconciliation by processing cycle count results and stock adjustments.

• Assemble production documentation and shipping paperwork to support manufacturing and distribution activities.

• Update product cost information based on approved changes and operational requirements.

• Prepare recurring reports and respond to requests for operational data and analysis.

• Maintain organized records while ensuring compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

• Provide administrative support to production operations and assist with additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration, operations, or a related field is considered an asset.

• Previous experience in an administrative, manufacturing, or production support role is preferred.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and data management skills.

• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or production software is an asset.
