Associate, Employment Litigation

Full-time Description Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete seeks an associate with 2-5 years of experience, based in the state of Texas. The candidate for this role will ideally reside near Dallas for remote and/or in-person work. Candidates located outside of Dallas will be open for consideration as well. The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Prior experience in labor and employment law is required. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have active admission to practice and be in good standing in the State of Texas.
