Role Title: Senior Electronics Quality Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Senior Electronics Quality Engineers to support a project focused on advanced electronics assembly inspection and quality assurance. Youll apply your expertise to evaluate electronic components and manufacturing data for AI training. AI experience is not required.

Scope of Work

• Review PCB CAM and Gerber files for manufacturability and quality.
• Perform IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 inspections of PCB assemblies and wire harnesses.
• Analyze SMT and AOI defects including false-call identification and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate counterfeit electronic components according to AS6081 standards.
• Conduct and interpret semiconductor package inspections using C-SAM and X-ray imaging.
• Support MIL-STD-883 compliance checks and component inspection.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate technical findings.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve workflows and training datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in electronics quality CAM engineering or failure analysis.
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards; IPC CIS/CIT certification is preferred.
• Experience with Gerber data and PCB CAM software.
• Expertise in SMT processes AOI inspection and defect analysis.
• Experience with counterfeit component screening under AS6081.
• Hands-on experience with C-SAM X-ray inspection and MIL-STD-883 procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving abilities.
