Restaurant Manager

The franchisee is responsible for all employment related matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Responsibilities Ensuring that the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times. Maintaining operational excellence so the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively. Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed. Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy.
