Position Summary We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled services team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care for patients with varying acuity levels, including those requiring advanced, specialized interventions. You’ll bring the expertise of the hospital bedside directly to the home environment, while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families. Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing services such as wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, catheter care, and high-acuity case management Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Educate patients and families on managing health conditions, equipment, and medications Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with WA DOH and agency standards Respond appropriately to changes in patient conditions, escalating care when necessary Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State (required) Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high-acuity, complex patients Compassionate and professional bedside manner with strong communication skills Current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS preferred What We Offer Competitive pay, with opportunities for high-acuity case differentials Flexible scheduling, Full Time Hours, 24 hour availability Support from a nurse-led leadership team that values your expertise Training and mentorship opportunities to expand home health skillsets Purpose-driven work that makes a difference in patients’ lives, right at home At Lifeline Home Health, we know nurses are the heartbeat of home health.
