Whether you're starting your career or looking to take the next step, Planet Honda provides the support to help you succeed in the automotive industry.What You'll DoAnswer phone calls professionally and courteously.Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner.Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times.Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess customer needs.Obtain customer approval for recommended services and repairs.Offer and review multi-point vehicle inspections.Provide clear and accurate service estimates.Coordinate repair work with technicians and assign repair orders.Communicate repair updates and vehicle status to customers.Handle cash and credit card payments.Deliver completed vehicles to customers promptly.Ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through vehicle pickup.Follow company customer service and communication processes throughout the service visit.What You'll BringPrevious Service Advisor experience preferredAutomotive knowledge or technician background is a plusCommunication and organizational skillsTeam-player mindsetValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordOpen availability, including SaturdaysTotal Rewards ($66,000 to $114,000), which includes commissions and/or bonus opportunities.
