About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to join the ICE Europe team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of international customers, develop new business opportunities, and help deliver commercial success across exhibition, sponsorship, branding, and digital products. Working closely with colleagues across event, marketing, operations, and finance teams, you will play an important role in supporting the continued growth of ICE Europe.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth through sales of exhibition space, sponsorship, branding, and digital solutions to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new exhibitors, sponsors, and commercial partners.
• Build strategic customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to understand client objectives and develop tailored participation solutions.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities across face-to-face and digital products.
• Monitor industry developments, customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Event Leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information, activities, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline and provide transparent forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

• German and English language skills are required for this position.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Ability to build, maintain, and grow customer relationships with international clients.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and customer activity through CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Ability to understand customer objectives and deliver tailored commercial solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
