We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee our busy 24/7 residential plumbing department. This isn't a desk job—you'll spend time coaching your team, solving problems, supporting customers, and helping grow one of the top plumbing operations in New England.

• Lead the daily operations of a 24/7 residential plumbing department with approximately 13 plumbers.
• Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to maximize performance, customer satisfaction, and career growth.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top plumbing talent.
• Work closely with Dispatch and the office team to ensure efficient scheduling and exceptional customer service.
• Spend approximately 70% of your time in the office and 30% in the field supporting your team.
• Ride along with technicians to provide coaching, training, and quality assurance.
• Review KPIs, technician performance, gross profit, average ticket, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Help technicians improve their communication, sales skills, and technical abilities.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Review estimates, pricing, and job profitability to ensure department success.
• Partner with leadership to achieve revenue, profitability, and operational goals.
• Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

• 3+ years of Plumbing Service Management or Supervisory experience.
• 7+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate service technicians.
• Experience managing KPIs, gross profit, technician performance, and departmental metrics.
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Experience creating training plans and developing high-performing teams.
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced, 24/7 service operation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.
• Plumbing License preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
